☀ 5 persons, including a soldier, have been arrested for the murder of Mr. Godfrey Wayengera the former manager of Compassion International. Thank You - Police. 

☀ Meanwhile, the Anti-Corruption Court has told a senior Agriculture officer, Mr. Amon Natwebenbera, to face the cases of; illegal amassing of wealth and illicit enrichment. 

Mbu, he owns Grand Villa Hotel in Mbarara - but did not declare it in the IGG forms. 

☀ Also, High court has ordered Minister Samu Mayanja to stop giving directives on the Kaazi land. 

Mbu, the land belongs to the Kabaka, and he is the one who leased it to the Scouts Association for 99 years. 

☀ And finally, President M7 concluded the PDM tour with a mega rally in Kololo -yesterday. He promised to focus on transforming the Ghettos in our urban communities.  

And In sports, UG Cranes is now at the CECAFA Four Nations Tournament in Arusha, TZ. This will help us prepare for the CHAN 2024 cup, that is being jointly hosted by Uganda, Kenya and TZ and kicks off on 2nd August 2025.
