🎓 At Makerere University he graduated with a Law degree 📈 and also got a Diploma in legal practice at the Law Development Center.
Before being appointed as the 32nd person to hold the prestigious Katikiro office - he had been Minister of Information and Cabinet Affairs in Buganda Kingdom.
CPM has focused on cultural preservation, economic empowerment, and fostering a strong relationship between Buganda Kingdom and the central government, earning him widespread admiration.
An action man, he innovated ' Ettooffaali' - a fundraising drive that raised 3.1 billion Uganda shillings to renovate key kingdom assets like the kasubi Royal Tombs & Masengere building.
