📌 By yesterday, 121 Ugandans had picked forms from the EC offices. They intend to run for presidency in next year's elections. 

📌 The Ghost workers probe continues.  A Uganda police HR boss has been remanded to Luzira and  CID has so far arrested another 12 suspects from MUBs, UCAA, MOWT, Kyambogo University and others.

📌 Meanwhile, Police at Entebbe Airport has arrested nine Ugandan men suspected of being en route to join the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) in the ongoing war against Russia.

📌  Elesewhere, The inaugural Africa Water Investment Summit is taking place in Cape Town, South Africa. The meeting aims to find solutions to the continent's water and sanitation challenges. 

Africa faces a US$30 billion annual water investment gap. This Summit will mobilize investments in climate-resilient water and sanitation projects, ensuring water security, economic growth, and sustainable development across the continent.
